FlashShip Program Information

The ASSA ABLOY FlashShip program allows the convenience of placing a single order for hundreds of different products from ASSA ABLOY, shipping from one of our eight FlashShip locations within 24 hours!

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER To place a qualifying order for the FlashShip program: A. Enter FlashShip order via FlashShip WebShop. B. Use the "FlashShip Order Form" on pages 62-63 and indicate product by FlashShip part number as stated in the FlashShip catalog, or E-mail your purchase order to flashship@assaabloy.com Also, products must be indicated by their FlashShip part number or by exact model number for available product configurations in the current FlashShip program book. Lead Time Lead time is 24 hours from receipt of order. We reserve the right to limit quantities. Only items printed in this current publication will be given 24 hour lead times for shipping. Part Numbers Specific part numbers are assigned to each unique configuration. These FlashShip part numbers should be included on the purchase order to ensure ease of processing. Mixed Orders To ensure expedited processing, FlashShip products must be submitted on a separate purchase order from non-FlashShip products. Any orders received including items that are not currently published in the FlashShip offering will be returned to the customer for re-submittal.

*Returns over $5,000 are subject to review and potential restocking fees consistent with Yale Commercial policies.

The FlashShip program currently offers hardware providers the most comprehensive one-stop selection available, with > 1,200 high-demand products that are delivered via 24 hour shipping from one of eight warehouses in the U.S. Customers in all 50 states are able to take advantage of the program. FlashShip provides a 99 percent on-time fill rate, meaning products are shipped within 24 hours 99 percent of the time. The program also allows for a 30-day grace period on orders. If a customer orders something in error, they can return it within 30 days with no restocking fee.* In addition to supporting quick shipping, the FlashShip program drastically reduces inventory pressure experienced by many hardware vendors, and shipping is free on orders of $1,750 or more.
